Currently, we do not operate as a retail store front and spend a lot of time out in the local community servicing computers. This means that there is not always someone here who can take your computer in for service. A quick call to us to find out our current availabilty is the best thing to do.

We hope in the future to have a full time representative available to take your computer in at any time. However, that would mean higher costs to you and we are trying our best to keep those costs down.
